  • Cancellation Policy

    All hotel & restaurant reservations require a credit card number to secure the booking. No deposit is taken, however, a cancellation policy does apply. Amadora reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in the following conditions: 

    • Canceled hotel reservations less than 2 days before the arrival. 
    • Canceled or reduced restaurant reservation less than 24 hours before the time of dining
    • No show hotel reservations.
    • No show restaurant reservations.

    The cancellation fee equals the cost of a 3-course meal multiplied by the number of people for the restaurant reservations and the first-night stay for hotel reservations.

    We recommend our guests to use the Originon parking located in 2 mins walk from the for the restaurant.

  • Payment Options

    We accept cash, Simpe Mobil payments or credit cards with a 3% credit card fee. Please be prepared to settle all unpaid balances at check-in.  

  • Cancellation Policy

    All hotel reservations require a credit card number to secure the booking. **No deposit is taken**, however, a cancellation policy does apply. Villas Jacquelina reserves the right to charge a fee under the following conditions:

    • Canceled or modified hotel reservations less than 72 hours before check-in (free cancellation reservations)
    • Canceled or modified hotel reservations less than 14 days before check-in (strict cancellation reservations)
    • No-show hotel reservations
    • Stolen or damaged property

    Free Cancellation (72hr grace period)

    The guest can cancel free of charge until 72 hours before check-in. Once the reservation enters the 72hrs before check-in, the entire reservation becomes completely non-refundable. No-shows or changed reservations will have their credit card charged for the full amount of the reservation on the date of check-in or cancellation.


    Strict Cancellation (14-day grace period)


    Reservations made within holiday dates come with a strict cancellation policy. This means that the reservations can NOT be canceled or modified within 14 days of the check-in. Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will not be charged. Cancellations or modifications made within the 14 days before check-in will be charged for the full amount of their stay on the date of check-in or cancellation.

    If one night falls into our holiday dates, then the entire reservation is subject to a strict cancellation policy.

    Reservations over $1,000 or 30% of total hotel occupancy

    Reservations that are over $1,000 or that take 30% or more hotel occupancy are subject to more strict cancellation policies. Cancellations of this size require a 30% non-refundable deposit and become fully non-refundable within 30 days before check-in.


    Reservations made through third-party sites (Booking.com, Hostelword.com, Airbnb.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, VRBO, Etc)


    Bookings made through third-party sites are subject to different cancellation policies. Each third-party site has its own cancellation policy. Please find cancellation policies on the third-party site you use.

    Villas Jacquelina has off-street parking directly in front of our building. The parking area has security lighting but is not enclosed. We recommend guests not leave anything of value in their car.

Our location

From San Jose, you can fly to the Quepos airport, located about 10 minutes away from Quepos. Sansa Airlines & Green Airways run several flights a day.
From the airport, you can take a private taxi to Villas Jacquelina for around $10.

How to get to Villas Jacquelina?

There are different ways to travel between them that are satisfactory for every budget. Use our Transportation Blog to figure out which option works best for you.

Once you in Quepos, you are a twelve-minute walk or a 3-minute ($4) taxi ride away. If you choose to walk from the central bus station, start by walking west toward the ocean. You should quickly hit calle 2. Follow calle 2 northeast all the way to Villas Jacqueline. A map is helpful to keep you on calle 2
